An Invitation for the Women of the Parish
St. Mary Portage Council of Catholic Women invites you to a special evening of learning and reflection,renewal and friendship on Monday, October 13facilitated by Teresa Romain, professional speaker, certified Spiritual Director and member of St. Mary parish in Briggsville.
The topic for the evening is “With Joyful Hearts: Living the Gospel in Our Everyday Lives” and it will be held at Dino’s Restaurant in Portage. We’ll gather at 5:30 pm, share an off-the-menu, dutch treat dinner followed by Teresa’s presentation at 6:30 pm. The evening will officially end at 7:30 pm but know you are welcome to stay longer for additional discussion and Q&A. Space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot by calling Joan Johnson at 742-8349 as soon as possible!
Workshops for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion On Saturday, November 1, our parish will play host for a Workshop for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, or Eucharistic Ministers. If you are a Eucharistic Minister, or you would like to become one, please register and come to this free event. Even if you have already attended one of these workshops, it would be a great refresher! Please see below for details and ways to register.
